Do you have sensitive skin? Hmmmm good question right? Lots of women–and men– have no idea if they have sensitive or not. Seriously. So here is a quick little quiz for you to take.
If you answer yes to four or more questions then chances are you do have sensitive skin. Let’s get started:
1– Have you gotten a rash after using a skin care product or makeup?
2– Does your skin react to changing seasons?
3– When you are stressed out does your skin change?
4– Does your skin get irritated by fragrances or dyes in beauty products?
5– Are you unable to exfoliate because it irritates your skin?
6– Does your skin ever feel painful or tight?
7– Do you have dry skin or flaky skin?
8– Do you burn easily when outside in the sun?
9– are you prone to itchy skin?
10– Have you had to see a dermatilogist due to skin problems?
As I said if you answered yes to four of these questions or more then it looks like you have sensitive skin. This means that you have to choose ultra gentle beauty products. Look for natural products that have no dye or fragrances added to them.
Mineral makeup is a good choice for those with sensitive skin. It is even great for people with skin problems like rosacea.
Sensitive skin doesn’t mean you can’t pur makeup on or cleanse your skin, it just means you have to choose the products you buy accordingly.
