TIP ONE:

TIP TWO:

TIP THREE:
And if you are going to be using a liquid highlighter then choose a good quality sponge to bend the makeup products well.

TIP FOUR:
If you find that there are just too many sparkles in one area and it does not balance with th rest of your makeup, then just use a sponge to spread them out of take them off and reapply your gorgeous makeup.
