Get Glowing Skin…NOW
If there was ever a time to [tag]get glowing skin[/tag] it was summer. This is the time of year that’s all about a gentle tan and a pretty bronzed face. Unfortunately as we now know all too well, sunlight can be a killer…literally. This means we have to find ways to get a [tag]faux glow[/tag] and still look gorgeous.
First off you don’t want to paint on any makeup during the hot and sticky summer months, you want to keep it light and natural looking. This is an easy look to acheive, all you need to do is highlight your cheeks with a bronzer and put some sunny eyeshadow on and ta-daa! You look gloriously sun kissed with fabulously glowing skin and you didn’t have to step into the sun at all. This is a totally faux glow and it looks amazing.
Here are two of my favorite beauty picks to get glowing skin with a perfect faux glow:
Cargo EyeBronzer is a pure shadow pigment that gives just the right shade of bronze on every time you use it. I like the sponge tipped wand applicator as well, it’s just the right size to apply the color even in the corners of the eyes.
All you have to do is dab the [tag]Cargo EyeBronzer[/tag] on and blend it in with your ring finger. The bronze looks fine with all eye colors and in my not so humble opinion it’s an essential addition to the perfect faux glow.
Smashbox Beayond Beauty Fusion Eye and CHeek palette is another must have. It is one compact that has everything you need for cheeks and eyes. All are desert inspired and cruelty free.
I need to point out that these are actually richer than they appear in the picture I have here. The colors in the [tag]Smashbox palette[/tag] are a little deeper with three distinct waves of color: brown-red, pink and bronze.
