Natural Health Tip #2
Natural Health Tip #2
I’m lazy and I’m not even going to pretend I’m not. I spend most of my time on my ass and that needs to change. I had heard this before but always found a way to make an excuse to not do it.
A simple 10 minute power walk. Just getting up, stretching and a quick way to get the blood and get rid of lymph toxins.
This is going to allow you to build up bone density. Impact exercises, not hard impact ones, but walking or step aerobics will help you to stave off Osteoporosis among other health problems.
If you do want to jog instead of walk, that’s great but try to do it at a track rather than the pavement. The cement is too hard and you can injure your bones and joints rather than make them stronger.

Good tip, I carry a pedometer around with me, I got an electronic one they are brilliant.
I found just 10-15 mins of walking it getting me to my daily target. It doesn’t need to take hours to get into shape, just regular exercise.

I never thought that jogging on cement is not really that good. Well, from now on I would prefer jogging on track rather than on a hard cement so I won’t injure my bones. Anyway, thank you for bringing it to our attention.
