Rouge Pop Chic Lipstick is some wickedly pigmented liquid lipstick and I love it! It is very vibrant when you put it on with its brush but if you want a little lighter and understated look just dot it on in a few spots on your lip and use your regular lipstick brush or even your finger to spread it around. Then throw on some clear gloss over top and you have the hottest and most natural look.
The reason it goes on so much darker than many lip glosses is because it’s not one. This is a [tag]liquid lipstick[/tag] which is a whole other animal. This has a more solid color, no sheer look in sight. This is a good thing though, at least I think so. I adore the way this looks like a lipstick but with a lip gloss shine.
On the other hand if you are like me and like a little drama in color sometimes then you will want to just spread this beautiful textured Rouge [tag]Pop Chic[/tag] liquid lipstick on straight from the tube and leave it. The gloss has the perfect shine to it and it’s not tacky at all. It is just the right weight as well. I know some people who love the sleek look of the bottles, but I am not a fan to be honest. But what is inside this liquid lipstick is priceless.
The scent of this luscious lip product is nice as well. It is hard to explain the smell but it’s a good one, not gross like Revlon.
