The reason being that is gives such a natural look. Lots of makeup these days is bright and colorful which is fine for girls and women a little older, but for a 13 year old girl? Not so much. This makeup is going to highlight parts of the face in a natural way, one that often looks like there is no makeup on at all. It let's girls feel grown up because they are allowed to wear some makeup, while keeping things age appropriate. And as a bonus it is great for the skin, unlike some of the harsher makeup options.
